Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to retail staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to store and HQ operations.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on all IT systems and equipment.
  • Document technical procedures and provide training to retail staff as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve support processes.


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Nice to Have:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Availability for off-hour urgent IT support.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and threat management.
  • Previous experience working in a luxury retail environment
