This exciting position calls for candidates who have a deep understanding of modern IT infrastructures with extensive knowledge in Mobile Device Management (MDM), SharePoint, Intune, Windows Desktop, macOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.


Location: This role is onsite in the Minneapolis, MN area with some flexibility for hybrid work. Candidates must be local to the Twin Cities area. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship at this time - US Citizens or Green Card Holders only.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert level IT technical lead services across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and manage email security.
  • Resolve complex IT related issues.
  • Support the mobile device management system.
  • Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot daily operational procedures.
  • Prepare IT reports, documentation, and operate as Point of Contact on various IT matters.


Experience:

  • Strong understanding of MDM, SharePoint, Intune, Windows Desktop, macOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Experience with service desk (tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 support).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with supporting and managing IT Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in problem analysis, problem resolution, and devising effective solutions.
  • Proven experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field strongly preferred
