Responsibilities

- Manage daily posts across Smart SKN’s social media channels, prioritizing Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Create compelling multimedia content (video, graphics, text) to promote Smart SKN’s personalized Korean skincare products.  

- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including online product launches, giveaways, influencer gifting, brand ambassador campaigns, and affiliate marketing.  

- Write concise, optimized copy that aligns with Smart SKN’s brand voice for headlines, video titles, and descriptions.  

- Ensure all social media content aligns with Smart SKN’s branding and receives approval before publication.  

- Maintain an up-to-date social media content calendar reflecting the current publication schedule.  

- Engage with Smart SKN’s audience through Q&As, live streams, giveaways, and other creative tactics.  

- Develop relationships with social media influencers to maximize brand reach.  

- Lead and manage gifting campaigns and affiliate partnerships.  

-Oversee the creation and management of a TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions.

-Manage TikTok Creator Market Place.

-Create and manage engaging B2B sales decks and presentations for potential partners, showcasing Smart SKN’s unique value proposition and product offerings.

-Support the sales team in preparing compelling materials highlighting the benefits and innovations of Smart SKN’s personalized skincare solutions.

- Provide monthly and quarterly reports on social media performance and trends.  


Skills and Experience:  


- Experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, influencer engagement, and content creation.

- Proficient in utilizing AI and SaaS tools for social media and marketing purposes.

- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for creating engaging and compelling social media content.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing timelines and deliverables efficiently.

- Passion for skincare, particularly Korean skincare, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest industry trends.

- A creative eye for design and aesthetics, with skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and other tools for creating promotional materials and social media graphics.

- Experience in video editing and producing high-quality visual content.

- Fluency in Korean is preferred.
