Role Description

This full-time role is an opportunity for an Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Our litigation team seeks an attorney with 2-7 years of litigation/trial experience, preferably with insurance defense, to handle interesting, fast-paced premises liability litigation and trials. The attorney would be actively involved in client and witness meetings, drafting motions and briefs, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and trials for Fortune 500 clients.  Associates will quickly gain experience in all aspects of the litigation and trial process and have early direct client contact.


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia
  • 2-7 years of litigation/trial experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
