Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Attorney to handle insurance defense cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for defending clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from inception to close
  • Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, as well as conduct and defend depositions
  • Develop and implement effective defense strategies to protect clients' interests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in insurance defense

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of general litigation/defense experience - insurance defense a plus
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
  • Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
