Are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.


As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate all field operations for construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities


Project Management:

  • Oversee all field operations for assigned construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and work plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.


Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety measures.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and take corrective actions.


Quality Control:

  • Ensure that all work performed meets the required quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.


Subcontractor Management:

  • Manage relationships with subcontractors.
  • Ensure subcontractors are performing their work in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Resolve disputes with subcontractors.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate field personnel.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for field personnel.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.


Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other required documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
