Role Overview

In this dual role, you’ll be both a Senior Project Manager and Estimator, bringing work into the company while managing high-value projects. Reporting directly to John Grey, SVP, you’ll oversee project engineers as needed, providing guidance on everything from cost estimation to project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating & Business Development: Lead the estimation process, develop project budgets, and engage in business development to bring in new work. Candidates with strong BD skills are highly valued.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Key upcoming projects include healthcare, senior living, and multi-family developments.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor project engineers, helping to build a capable team that can support the company’s growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: starting at $150k with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Bonus: Performance-based, especially for those who bring in significant work. Typical bonuses range from $30k upwards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 6+ years as a Project Manager, ideally with exposure to healthcare, multi-family, and senior living projects. Ten years is a plus.
