Duration: 3-4 month contract with permanent potential
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM with potential OT/On-call
Position Summary:
- The position is for break/fix field service work
- Desktop Support
- Systems may be POS systems or Desktop/Laptop units
- Printer Break Fix Experience.
- Installation skills a plus: installing equipment on various surfaces such as tile, steel, brick, and other various materials.
- MUST HAVE Field Service Experience and Printer Break Fix repair.
- Must be able to follow written instructions
MINIMUM Requirements: CompTIA A+ Certified a must
- Reimaging and updating O/S experience required.
- Printer Break-fix experience (more than consumables and setup)
- Deskside Customer Service Support Experience
- Reliable Transportation
