Compensation: $25/hr (increase once converted)

Must be Bilingual

Prior exp with safety reporting, safety content



Main Duties or Job Description:


This job includes Recruiting, Safety and some marketing.


Recruiting: About 30% of the job. Will be required to travel to job fairs.

· Sourcing utilizing LinkedIn and Handshake

· Ability to attend job fairs, comfortable speaking to candidates in person

· Posting jobs

· Screening candidates and scheduling interviews

· They will then hand off to the hiring manager and negotiations may be done through the manager or G&A Partners, their PEO.

· Will recruit for roles such as sales, engineering, drafters, finance, and accounting.

· Must be a self starter and highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication. .



Marketing: Minimal-less than 10%

Posting on social media about upcoming projects and job fairs.



Safety-60%

Will be doing safety reporting, ensuring safety measures are being met.

Will be creating content for safety videos for on-boarding purposes. They will actually be doing the videos.
