Administration Role:

Office/Facility Management and building liaison

Technology Service Management, vendor management, IT liaison

Onboarding Employee checklist (desk, computer, IT, tools, new EE checklist, communication)

License Renewal tracking/payments

Invoices (as directed)

Team meeting agendas and notes

Salesforce Super User

CRM management, meeting tasks and workflows

CRM client profiles are in good order (compliance, categories, etc.)

Email list updates and sending bulk emails.

Post meeting task initiation

Tamarac Reporting System

Client set up: initial Tamarac personal profile set-up for new client relationships.

Client profile management (Addresses, Names, email changes, etc.)

Welcome Onboard Process: Onboarding checklist (CSA section)

Wealth Advisor Support/Client Experience

Client meeting scheduling and all meeting confirms

Post-meeting process (scans, file management, etc.) 


Skillsets

The main skillsets would include (but are not limited to):

  • Administrative use of our CRM, salesforce super user.
  • Electronic files and office management
  • Support the operations team
  • Manage CRM organizational projects.

 

The Client Service Associate has the following knowledge and skill sets:

  • Preferably CRM experience (Salesforce or other)
  • Leverages technology and enjoys mastering it for efficiencies.
  • Shares in the CAISSA values and team culture and is driven to deliver excellence.
  • Proficient in office suite (word, powerpoint and excel) and adobe (creation and editing)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and open to learning
  • Excels with organizational tasks, lists, attention to detail and prompt attention to tasks.
