Job Description

Manage LAN, WAN and VPN approach by designing and implementing highly available, redundant, and low latency company campus networks.


Must Have

1. Aruba wireless -- Wireless Technologies: Expertise in WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF principles, and antenna theory.

2. PaloAlto networks Prima access and SDWAN technologies

3. Security: Knowledge of wireless security measures, such as WPA2/WPA3, encryption, and access control mechanisms.

4. Experience with configuring and designing wireless access points, controllers, and authentication servers.

5. HPE switches configuration and Aruba central,


Nice To Have

1. Monitoring and Management: Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices for managing wireless networks.

2. Aruba Clearpass


Responsibilities:

  • Operates the company's internal data communications systems.
  • Plans, designs, and implements local and wide-area network solutions between multiple platforms and protocols (including IP and VOIP).
  • Supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates with vendors to install equipment such as routers and switches.
  • Works on project implementation.
  • Provides training and assists with proposal writing.
  • Conducts project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons.
  • May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions.
  • May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
  • Manage the LAN, WAN and VPN approach by designing and implementing highly available, redundant, and low-latency company campus networks.
