Consulting Background

10+ yrs relevant experience

Strategically minded, thought leadership, project management skill set


Responsibilities

  • Work with International leadership team, liaise with regional finance and strategy team and corporate strategy to develop and consolidate analysis, strategies and business plans
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and business acumen, leverage strategic framework for analysis and problem solving
  • Drive process and get things done with solid project management skills
  • Works cooperatively with peers, management, subordinates, and other departments. Actively elicits different points of view and understands different perspectives.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years related experience
  • BA/BS MBA preferred
  • Proactive strategic thinker with broad business strategy skills
  • Highly analytical, can synthesize information and offer recommendations/solutions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
  • International working experience a strong plus
  • Highly collaborative and can build relationships across cultures and with all levels of management within brands, regions, functions
