Responsibilities

  • The Designer is responsible for designing new concepts and designs for a product category within defined theme and seasons from concept through back end work and final delivery.
  • Will be supporting our client's Home category: Hand Soaps, Candles, and Sanitizers.
  • Delivers brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy; encompassing style, color/print and graphic design for new/existing product lines.
  • Researches and interprets fashion trends and consumer needs that uphold the integrity of the product lines/brand.
  • Creates Design Turn Overs (DTO) and finalize artwork for hand-off to the Production Team Order.
  • Review mechanical art work for final design approval prior to release.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in creative suite
  • Presenting designs and the intellect behind the development of these designs
  • Curation of trends and developing artwork to honor our client's handwriting
  • Team player, flexible, multitasking, speed with still having an eye for detail.


Disqualifiers:

  • Not able to work on more than one project at a time.
  • Doesn't feel proficient in Illustrator or Photoshop.
  • Doesn't want to present.


Typical Work Day:

  • Working on multiple seasons, designing new concepts, getting files ready for productions, and attending virtual meetings.
