Will coordinate responses to Compliance annual update requests, and coordinate execution of documents. Scan and file subpoenas, legal notices, and process invoices and expenses for the Legal team. Seeking a Paralegal with an undergraduate degree, minimum of three to five years of paralegal experience preferably at an investment advisor or law firm. Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, attention to detail and able to meet deadlines. Need strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Handle confidential information and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
