You’ll set up the submittal register, review submissions, and expedite the process to align with the project schedule. Effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers ensures timely material deliveries. Obtaining customer/architect approval for field changes demonstrates adaptability. Safety and compliance are non-negotiable. You’ll coordinate safety protocols for all team members, emphasizing a culture of well-being and risk mitigation. Maintaining a schedule of timelines ensures that milestones are met, and you’ll follow through diligently until completion. Lastly, your professional demeanor matters. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and peers fosters collaboration and trust. Your role extends beyond technical expertise; it’s about effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership.



Top Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field (Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture etc.)
  • 3+ Years of experience as a construction Project Manager
  • Ability understand and communicate complex documents such as leases, contracts, project charters, surveys and drawings
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects in the public and private sector
