Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at Novaline Industrial Solutions in Indianapolis, IN. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, creating and managing project schedules, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring timely completion of projects while meeting quality and safety standards.


Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, expediting, and inspection
  • Knowledge of logistics management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is beneficial
  • Experience in industrial projects
