The Recruiting Coordinator reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will play a crucial role in the hiring process by ensuring that the recruitment process runs efficiently. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by managing coordination between candidates and hiring leaders.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Address candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview to maintain engagement and provide feedback where applicable.
  • Track the progress of candidates through various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, company website, and social media.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and recommend changes to improve candidate attraction.
  • Ensure that all job postings are compliant with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and open houses.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating start dates, orientation sessions, and necessary documentation for new hires.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Up to 3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments where many positions are filled within short timeframes.
  • Understanding of basic employment laws and regulations related to recruitment, such as equal employment opportunity (EEO) and data protection.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, where adaptability and agility are key.
