POSITION TITLE: Business Development Representative, Workforce Management
LOCATION: San Diego, CA
COMPENSATION: $60-70k + Commissions
The Business Development Representative is responsible for new business development in their designated market. Through research and prospecting, the BDR will gain an understanding of the customers’ business to deliver a sales solution to meet their employer of record needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
- Prospecting, lead generation, and securing new business through cold calling, drop in visits, sales appointments, relationship building and networking either in person, via telephone or virtual.
- Assess and evaluate prospects in the designated market to identify sales targets and specific action plans.
- Deliver a customized sales approach to each customer and create customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Identify top drivers through each stage of the customer journey.
- Determine Customer Need through solutions selling
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
- Bring innovative ideas to meet customers' needs. Encourage customers to consider new approaches to meet their EOR needs through cross selling Eastridge’s suite of staffing products and services
- Partnering with sales professionals and business partners outside of designated market or division to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Utilize company CRM system to document prospecting and sales development efforts
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 year of B2B Service or Solutions sales experience
- Prior success with cold calling campaigns and a fearless mentality when it comes to overcoming objections
- Fanatical attention to detail and understanding of documentation in a CRM system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience leading presentations & negotiating with clients
- Collaborative & hard-charging demeanor with a desire to be part of a culture emphasizing teamwork, communication, personal & professional growth and accountability
It would be great if you had these:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Lead Generation experience
