Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative at TruHu. As a Sales Development Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include inside sales activities, lead generation, and business development. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value of our platform to potential clients and building strong relationships with them.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for speaking with potential customers to schedule meetings
  • Ability to develop and nurture business relationships
  • Take an active role in developing SDR processes and key metrics to ensure company's success
  • Preference for working in a fast-paced, collaborative problem solving team environment
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Develop and maintain accurate team forecasts for the senior leadership team
  • Flexible and adaptable to work priorities whether in office or working remotely
  • Knowledge of employee communication platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, not required
