Trinity Consultants is searching for a creative design manager/leader with 5-10 years of experience in digital graphic design, creative team management, project management and brand expression leadership in the B2B professional services market. The individual selected will lead our internal design team and provide oversight for all marketing campaign deliverables and field design support. They will also be responsible for creative oversight with our external agencies supporting the website, social media and our marketing campaigns. This person will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned creative with strong design leadership and project management experience fostering a collaborative creative environment. In addition, the role will be ‘hands-on’ for the execution of a variety of design projects concurrently with the brand and leadership responsibilities. Trinity is very acquisitive, and this role includes managing brand integration, identities and expression for a regular cadence of new business acquisitions. This individual will have experience designing visuals for a variety of mediums: video for web, social media graphics, digital and print graphics. They will be responsible for championing the brand and keeping brand guidelines current. The ideal candidate must be willing to research and present recommendations to implement new technologies and tools, and to continually deliver innovative design solutions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on creative design leadership that fosters creativity with a design team of varying experience in a collaborative manner
  • Provide brand leadership, oversight and execution for the company and its acquisitions
  • Provide leadership to support corporate marketing campaigns, field marketing requests, and the company’s Masterbrand strategy
  • Partner closely with marketing directors, our content manager and field marketing managers to plan and execute projects from concept to final execution
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver campaign graphics in variety of mediums including social media graphics, print design, video editing and post-production, photoshop, as well as some motion illustration
  • Manage third-party design agencies, printers, contract designers, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Art Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in graphic design in a B2B corporate or agency environment
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing brand expression
  • 3-5 years experience in motion graphics or video production
  • Experience with acquired company brand integration strategies and tactics
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to approach complex problems and execute creative and effective solutions
  • A passion for bringing impact to communication through graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
  • High attention to detail, quality and timeliness
  • Solid portfolio with relevant examples of previous client work with strong sense of typography, layout, design, color theory, motion graphics, and style frames
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, After Effects and/or Premier Pro
  • Experience with Asana, Wistia, Marketo and Sitefinity CMS is a plus
  • Dallas-based preferred
