JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT R&D Quality Systems Project Manager to support a critical initiative of implementing Veeva connectors for Veeva Vaults and other R&D Systems as needed. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with core project team members, GxP stakeholders, and external business partners. This position will help ensure all project-related activities, milestones, and corresponding target due dates are achieved on time for implementation.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and Defining Scope: Create detailed project plans outlining the project’s goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Allocating resources, including team members, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the project’s objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: As stakeholders' primary point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Control: Monitoring project progress and ensuring deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Budget Management: Managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Timeline Management: Setting and adjusting project schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Other Topics: Drive the resolution of any identified data gap and/or issue. Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.


Required Education and Skills:

  • 10+ years in GxP R&D IT
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry, preferably in a Global GxP setting (GCP/GCLP/GLP/GVP/GMP/GDP)
  • Experience implementing and/or managing Veeva Integrations.
  • Experience implementing/working with Veeva Vaults required.
  • Strong Project Management skills & ability to meet milestone dates with minimal supervision.
