Description Of Duties & Scope

  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of our prefabrication process.
  • Order and organize materials and tools necessary for the profitable operation of our Prefabrication department.
  • Coordinate with our estimators, project managers, and field supervisors to identify and produce prefabrication assemblies for specific projects.
  • Train workers in the most efficient prefabrication means and methods.
  • Maintain an injury/incident free workplace.
  • Identify and recruit potential employees.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical construction
  • Must have at least 7 years at a management level including overseeing office management, payroll, production facilities, estimating, engineering, and scheduling
  • Prior experience and understanding of the prefabrication business as it applies to electrical construction
  • Must have proven success running operations or electrical construction projects for a medium-sized electrical contractor
  • Strong communication and leadership skills required
  • Must have an entrepreneurial attitude
