You will be responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives for Fairgrounds Craft Coffee & Tea cafes in addition to our diverse portfolio of unique foodservice management concepts across the nation. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating closely with our foodservice management clients, whom we call partners, ensuring that our marketing strategies align seamlessly with their unique needs and objectives. This collaborative approach fosters strong partnerships and enables us to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations, further solidifying our position as leaders in the industry.


We're seeking a hands-on leader with a genuine love for hospitality and a keen understanding of the pivotal role that customized food and beverage solutions play in every sector. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Develop and implement robust marketing plans that align with business goals and achieve financial targets for both Infuse Hospitality and Fairgrounds.
  • Direct all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the marketing department budget and provide strategic oversight of expenditures.
  • Support new business development efforts through the creation of compelling proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Develop naming and brand standards for upcoming foodservice management concepts.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and pitch brand concepts directly to our partners.
  • Establish a strong digital presence through innovative social media strategies and website optimization.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to execute effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all marketing materials and communications channels.
  • Drive creative ideation and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the brand, representing our values and mission to external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic counsel to partners and ensure timely delivery of services to meet their needs.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead marketing efforts for new store openings, ensuring successful launches and brand integration.
  • Lead and mentor the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance to the Leadership Team and to our partners.
  • Manage marketing tools and platforms, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Enhance loyalty programs by leveraging data analysis and collaboration with the operations team.
  • Collaborate with General Managers on local marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee website content and design updates in collaboration with web developers.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements & Skills:


  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, communications or relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in the marketing field; experience with a hospitality/multi-unit restaurant business is required. Foodservice management preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing innovative, successful marketing campaigns to meet objectives - both short and long term.
  • Demonstrable strength in conceptual strategy and execution while still maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves management style.
  • Experience leading and influencing across diverse groups, communicating goals, plans and strategy across all channels.
  • A deep understanding of SEO, web analytics and Google Ads.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Public relations and communications experience is a plus.
