Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Staging Supervisor:

  • Oversee the Staging Center workflow, ensuring production timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the Staging and Configuration Center, including project configuration and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Coordinate project onboarding, including planning, documentation, and technical requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and configuration issues, collaborating with clients and vendors.
  • Set clear expectations, plan, monitor, and coach Staging Analysts.

Required Skills for the Staging Supervisor:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management, supervisory, and leadership experience
  • 2+ years of IT-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong multitasking, delegation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business correspondence and data
  • Ability to write professional reports and business correspondence with minimal direction

Preferred Skills:

  • IT or Network certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT, MTA, Juniper, Cisco)
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Networking experience in technical support or field support
