Growing private practice mental health office is looking for therapists to join our Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team and provide DBT therapy and general psychotherapy to adults, couples, families and children. We provide a friendly and collaborative work environment with flexible schedule to meet your life style.


  • Hybrid positions available with In Person in Miami and Telehealth
  • Duties include: initial evaluation and diagnosis, treatment plans, individual, couples, family, group counseling and DBT coaching calls.
  • Schedule, billing & administrative tasks are taken care of by our support staff - allowing you to focus on patient care
  • Previous experience in private practice setting as a psychologist, mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker required.
  • Experience with families and couples required.
  • Attend DBT weekly meetings.
  • Attend marketing events.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
  • Must have a current Florida License
  • DBT experience (preferred)


LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or PsyD / PhD (Required)
