About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in network security, Zero Trust architecture, and Zscaler solutions to design, implement, and optimize secure network environments for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining security strategies, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring alignment with the latest security frameworks and business objectives.



What You'll Do:


Solution Architecture and Design:

  • Develop and implement network security architectures based on Zero Trust principles.
  • Lead the design and integration of Zscaler solutions for secure web gateway, cloud security, and data protection.
  • Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.


Technology Expertise:

  • Provide technical leadership in implementing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
  • Architect secure connectivity solutions for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Evaluate and recommend security tools and frameworks to enhance overall network security posture.


Implementation and Deployment:

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of Zscaler solutions, including configuration, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Oversee the transition of legacy network security solutions to modern, cloud-based architectures.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with client leadership to align security strategies with business objectives and assist with defining future road map and strengthen clients IT landscape / Security Posture.
  • Present architectural designs and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing thought leadership in network security and Zero Trust strategies.


Risk and Compliance Management:

  • Ensure network security architectures comply with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CMMC.
  • Design solutions to mitigate risks, including DDoS, phishing, and insider threats.
  • Conduct security assessments and implement recommendations to improve resilience.


Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and security policies.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for teams on Zero Trust and Zscaler solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and innovations in network security.


Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 12–15 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years focused on network security and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience designing and deploying Zscaler solutions, including ZIA and ZPA.
  • Expertise in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).


Certifications:

  • Zscaler certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA)) (mandatory).
  • Network security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CISSP, or CEH).
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security certifications).
