Our client, a large ecommerce company in Seattle, is looking for a Bilingual Marketing Project Coordinator (English/Spanish) for a 3-6 month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the creative trafficking and administrative tasks associated with marketing campaigns. You will coordinate the production, delivery, and placement of creative assets across various media channels, including digital, radio, streaming, OOH, TV, and direct mail. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all project timelines and deliverables are met. Your bilingual skills will allow you to effectively collaborate with diverse internal teams, vendors, and media partners, ensuring seamless communication across markets.


This is a 3-6 month contract that requires 2-days/week onsite in Seattle.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and traffic creative assets for marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, radio, streaming, OOH, TV, and direct mail)
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all creative materials are delivered on time and according to specifications
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and external vendors to manage media placements and ensure the proper execution of campaigns
  • Assist with the development and organization of campaign-related materials, such as media plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track the progress of projects and maintain documentation for all campaign assets, approvals, and revisions
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and preparing reports
  • Coordinate translation and localization of marketing materials for Spanish-speaking audiences
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing creative content for accuracy, language, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the delivery of creative assets or media placements


Required Qualifications:


  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating creative assets and media placements across various channels (digital, radio, TV, OOH, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, especially in multicultural or bilingual markets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
