Summary:

- Pay Range: $65,000/year to $75,000/year. + bonuses

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Data / Systems Analyst professional to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this key role you will define and support the alignment of data shared between BCforward and Client systems, including creating, scheduling and processing key reports required to translate data into BCforward business processes for payroll and HR information purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding requirements for payroll data and processes and mapping data fields from human resources information systems or ERPs understanding that there is a set of 10 core vendor products our clients utilize, with many variations in configuration, setup and data structures.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of system interdependencies and troubleshoot problems or inconsistencies.
- Create and update documentation for processes, including reports, data configuration, and transactions.
- Provide efficient technical support and develop a knowledge base for faster problem resolution.
- Monitor client system changes that could impact BCforward’s data collection and processing.
- Verify and test data accuracy, remove duplicates, and perform reconciliation as needed.
- Collaborate with departments to configure data, reports, and workflows for effective payroll and invoicing.
- Analyze data to identify trends and fulfill data mining requests.
- Support development of a global team to manage risk related to business continuity and to create training curriculum to enhance understanding and qualification to support key data processing requirements in support of business-critical timelines for payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting systems and business processes with Payroll or related scope, preferably in staffing or workforce management industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing process improvements, detailed documentation and knowledge bases.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage, deliver, and analyze large sets of data.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other team members including gathering requirements and understanding priorities and deadlines.
