Optomi, in partnership with a global media conglomerate, is seeking a Product Owner in a hybrid position in Orlando, FL. This Product Owner will support new feature releases for internal facing applications/tools. This candidate will have experience working with Jira tickets, creating user stories, and handling product defects to ensure an increase in user experience.

- 3-5 years of digital product owner/manager or equivalent experience, particularly in internal-facing products or tools.
- Must have experience utilizing Jira tickets to sort backlog and user stories.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams, handle defects, and drive forward minor enhancements- helping teams become proactive and not reactive.
- Experience in gathering and filtering user feedback, specifically from internal teams, and presenting it for development and enhancements.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience using Figma.
- Experience with hospitality or resort operations, and a strong understanding of the guest/cast journey.
- Ability to think strategically and take personal initiative to drive results.
- Operational experience or deep understanding of guest experience, preferably within theme parks, resorts, or similar environments.
Responsibilities:
- Refine backlogs, create user stories, and utilize Jira for ticketing.
- Coordinating sustainment work for internal applications/tools.
- Help teams with defects and support internal employees using the apps.
- Gather and filter employee feedback, requests, and enhancements.
- Act as the focal point for validation.
- Take a tactical approach to product features by being proactive and not reactive to changes.
