Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders.
  • Create and execute engagement plans to ensure user adoption and satisfaction with the new system.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
