Our newest opening for our Associate Apparel Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the entire design process beginning with the development of concept boards and ending with the final product. This is NOT your typical cut & sew designer position. You should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Indesign.


  • Execution and support of the design development process
  • Update design revisions and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything from presentation to production meets the objective of the design team
  • Understand each leagues identity and design in the appropriate style under each league’s requirements
  • Assist in seasonal trend research
  • Generate merchandising boards, sizing and placement artwork files using Adobe Illustrator
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure the proper hand-off of merchandising and concept boards
  • Assist Design Managers and Directors in setting up for product meetings and presentations

What do you need?

  • 1-2 years apparel design experience is required
  • Degree in Fashion, Design, or related field
  • Portfolio to showcase your creativity and sensibility will be required
  • Graphic and print design experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to function as both an individual and team contributor
