Employment Opportunity

We have a unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor at a Hi-Tech company in a beautiful location, at Oyster Point. We have the day shift Monday-Friday available. This is an indoor Security Supervisor position. Meals are provided, on site. You will receive your own company computer and will be customer facing to the employees. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than a Site Supervisor. You will get the opportunity to take your career to the next level and learn many skills that will help you succeed. Job Description:

  • Oversees officers on site
  • Assists in providing proper coverage, manning locations where needed
  • Trains officers in pertinent duties
  • Manages scheduling and completes payroll
  • Responds to alarms, emergency situations, and instructions from UPS security
  • Performs additional duties related to security of premises as required
  • May be required to perform emergency duties which require physical exertion such as: standing or walking for an entire shift, climbing stairs, lifting, carrying up to 50lbs. and running.

Qualifications:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Physically capable of performing the assigned work
  • Be able to meet all applicable licensing, registration, and certification requirements in the state in which the officer's assigned facility is located
  • Communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing

Education & Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years supervisor experience in security
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED

Licensing, Permits & Certifications:

  • Security Guard Registration Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.50 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Education Required:

  • High school or equivalent

Experience:

  • Supervising: 2 years (Required)
  • Security: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification Required:

  • BSIS Guard Card

Work Location: In person
