Position Overview: As a Document Specialist at Tax Credit Connection, you'll be at the forefront of our client fulfillment team, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will focus on managing closing documents, tax forms, and client communications with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the accuracy and completeness of all closing documents and tax forms.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their projects.
  • Matching tax credits promptly and facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience working with technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • A passion for providing exceptional client service.
  • Though we work remotely, we are looking for a candidate who lives in the state of Colorado. (If you do not currently live in Colorado, but are planning on moving to the state, please provide an explanation in your cover letter)
