Silver Creek Midstream is a private midstream company headquartered in Irving, Texas. We specialize in providing crude oil gathering, transportation, and storage services in Wyoming, with existing assets serving the Powder River, Big Horn, and Wind River Basins. As one of the largest pipeline operators in Wyoming, we operate over 1,000 miles of crude oil gathering and transportation pipelines across 11 counties. Our operations also include truck injection stations, a rail facility, and over 3 million barrels of crude storage.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Las Colinas. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing office equipment and supplies, managing main phone console, greeting guests in the reception area, event planning and managing office administration duties.


Qualifications

  • Communication, Administrative Assistance, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with office equipment
  • Proficient in office administration tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Other duties as assigned
