About the Firm:
A dynamic law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in labor and employment law is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Senior Associate to join their growing Class Action group in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour class action lawsuits
- Provide counsel and advice on federal and state employment law compliance
- Draft workplace policies and assist clients with employment issues
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings and briefs
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in employment-related and/or class action litigation
- Desire for trial work
- Experience defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits
- Superior academic and research and writing credentials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Texas Bar admission required
Salary starting at $200,000 plus benefits
