Job Description:

This role will require exceptional planning, executing, and overseeing of social media marketing, campaigns and email message streams in order to grow our followership and subscribers, nurture leads, build community and drive revenue through well-planned and targeted social media and email marketing efforts for the CashRepublic company, Omni Financial.

 

The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media and email marketing campaign strategies that drive engagement, conversions and revenue while maintaining and growing a thriving online community and high-quality email subscriber list.

 

Required Skills:


  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the organization's marketing objectives, brand image, and target audience.


  • Content Creation: Create and curate compelling and shareable content, including text, images, videos, reels, carousels, gifs and other multimedia, for various social media platforms.


  • Platform Management: Maintain and update social media profiles on platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and others, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.


  • Engagement and Interaction: Actively engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, foster discussions, and build relationships with followers to increase awareness, brand loyalty and create lead generation.


  • Scheduling and Publishing: Plan and schedule social media posts, adhering to a content calendar and utilizing social media management tools.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements.


  • Advertising Campaigns: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to design and execute social media advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.


  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in social media marketing, implementing innovative approaches where appropriate.


  • Community Building: Identify and engage with influencers and build partnerships to expand the brand's reach and impact.


  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to address and manage social media crises or negative feedback effectively, following established protocols.
  • Email Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage email marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue generation.


  • Email Campaign Creation: Design and build engaging and personalized email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, transactional emails, and automated email sequences.


  • Segmentation: Create and maintain email subscriber segments based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to send targeted and relevant content.


  • List Management: Manage the email subscriber list, maintaining data hygiene, opt-in processes, and ensuring compliance with email regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.


  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of email subject lines, content, design, and send times to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor email campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of email marketing initiatives.


  • Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.


  • Personalization: Implement personalization strategies in email content to create tailored, relevant messages for subscribers.


Required Qualifications & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in social media driven roles.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, including campaign creation and list management.
  • Excellent attention to detail with professional copywriting practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design principles, user experience and basic HTML.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or SFMC.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive improvements.
  • Knowledge of email regulations, best practices and list hygiene.
  • Adept at project management and timeliness with deadlines.
  • Experience in marketing automation tools for social media and email platforms like Buffer, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or LiveClicker.
