Job Title: Associate Scientist

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay Rate: $30/hr to $33/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in cell culture and cell-based assays
  • Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques like RNA extraction, qPCR and/or dPCR
  • Hands-on experience Flow cytometry and multi-parametric analysis (5+ colors) experience, ELISA, MSD (preferred)
  • Computer literacy, especially proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous drug discovery experience

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 3+ YOE or MS 1+ YOE and in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or a related subject area.
  • Cell culture (primary cells and cell lines) and aseptic techniques
  • ELISA and/or MSD
  • cell-based assays
  • Nice to have: flow cytometry experience
