Office and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk / Shipping and Receiving Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center while providing essential front desk support, answering phones, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring accurate processing of shipments, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining an efficient office and logistics environment.


Duties

  • Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal workflow and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
  • Answer phones, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and addressing general office inquiries.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns and providing product, order, and delivery information.
  • Manage customer communications, including responding to emails and addressing order-related issues.


Qualifications

  • Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for inventory management tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in answering phones and providing front desk support is a plus.
