We are seeking highly skilled Logistics Operations Associates to join our Home Depot team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of products from our warehouses to stores across the country.

As a Logistics Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating inbound and outbound activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, system quality, vendor compliance, and outbound shipment to stores. You may also be responsible for administrative duties in support of a particular functional area, such as ensuring the warehouse has required hardware to allow associates to work efficiently and meet production and customer goals.

In this role, you will build relationships with internal suppliers/customers and internal functional groups to drive quality and accuracy within the warehouse and service stores. Some of your tasks may include scheduling activities, managing inventory levels, and coordinating shipments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and relevant experience in logistics or a related field is preferred.
