SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient in utilizing essential functions of relevant software, hardware, and equipment.
- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.
- Capable of problem analysis and effective problem-solving.
- Able to comprehend and interpret various documents including software documentation, safety rules, and operating instructions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Possesses exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at managing multiple tasks concurrently.
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Note: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is a mandatory requirement for all new hires in any position.
- Preferably holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with computers, networks, and applications in a professional setting.
- Strong preference for at least two (2) years of help desk or customer service experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows 10 and basic laptop hardware.
- Basic understanding of enterprise data center concepts including Windows, networking, and server administration.
