Job Duties:

●      Own process and organization of warehouse. Ensure processes and team utilization are maximized to optimize team output and warehouse space. Create redundancy for fulfillment and receiving.

●      Learn production management and own final production shift to allow us to run longer days when needed. Create redundancy within production for when backfilling and growth is needed.

●      Partner with director of operations and head of operations to own aspects of demand planning, procurement, inventory management, team scheduling, logistics management, certification management, and QA management.

●      Strategic project management – own special projects focused on improving efficiency and capacity

 

Skills:

●      Experience in production management, inventory control, and supplier coordination

●      Knowledge of quality control processes and production scheduling

●      Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

●      Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

●      Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

●      Strong verbal and written communication

●      Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices

●      Knowledge of FDA regulations and Food Handling Safety

●      Knowledge of Cleaning and Sanitation Practices

●      Basic mechanical/maintenance ability is a plus

●      Ability to troubleshoot

●      Attention to detail

●      Flexible working hours

●      Must have a humble spirit that is team focused; open to the fact that we will always be a work in progress and gets excited about continuous improvement vs. feeling dragged down by it. Ability to be a team player and “roll up your sleeves” to do whatever necessary, even if it’s not fully within your job description.
