Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Medical Receptionist/front desk at Premiere Pediatrics PC. located in Clarkston, MI. As a Medical Receptionist/front desk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, verifying insurance information, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
