Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy **Commercial Estimator** to manage inbound commercial projects for a turf installation and manufacturer in DFW. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing plan documents, performing take-offs, and building out accurate quotes. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot.


Key Responsibilities:

- Review plan documents and perform take-offs for commercial landscaping projects.

- Measure square footage and prepare precise estimates.

- Build and present quotes to clients in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain detailed and organized records of estimates and project specifications.

- Utilize HubSpot CRM for tracking customer interactions and project progress.

- Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations.

- Communicate directly with clients to answer questions and provide clarifications on estimates.


Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial landscaping or related estimating role.

- Familiarity with reading and interpreting plan documents.

- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management software.

- High attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

- Proficiency in performing square footage measurements and take-offs.
