Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team and expand our market presence. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in both sales and marketing functions. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and fostering customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the company's overarching business goals and objectives. Your expertise will be critical in identifying new market opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, enabling them to develop impactful marketing strategies alongside a high-performing sales organization. You'll be guiding and mentoring a dedicated team, motivating them to achieve their full potential while cultivating an inclusive and innovative workplace atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and drive accountability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the sales budget, forecast segment performance, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, sales strategy development, and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
