Position Title: Mortgage Associate

Location: Hopkins, MN

Pay rate: 15.90/hr. on w2.

Responsibilities: Accept, review, verify and process collateral packages for Mortgage Warehouse customers to secure warehouse lines of credit. Input Data of collateral on the tracking system. File new and ship shipped collateral and retrieve collateral for shipping to investors. Review, research and clear exceptions.

Candidate will interact with other US Bank employees face to face.

Preferred 2 to 3 years banking and/or mortgage banking experience. Proven ability to work in a high-pressure deadline environment. Typing or data entry skills and proficiency in Word and Excel. We will provide training on the ProMerit system.

Required: General knowledge of loan processing. Demonstrated teamwork experience.
