Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis processes, including requirements gathering methodologies, documentation, and scope definition, collaborating closely with non-technical business users.
  • Document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements aligned with business objectives, refining them into technical action items to communicate the system vision effectively.
  • Engage with business users across multiple units to ensure clear articulation of business goals and processes for effective technology solutions.
  • Support Project, Development, and Production Support Teams by providing necessary clarification and verifying the feasibility of business requests based on existing technical systems and data structures.
  • Create and present key requirements artifacts independently: Scope Documents, Use Cases, Functional designs, Business Rules Specifications, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams, and Application Gap analysis.
  • Utilize expert understanding to query and analyze application data schema effectively.
  • Provide both business and technical leadership, ensuring project progress against timelines and highlighting risks and issues related to IT solutions to the IT Project Team.
  • Execute assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner, coordinating tasks among internal and external resources as needed
  • Lead technical/functional teams or projects as required.
  • Cultivate working relationships beyond expertise area.
  • Innovate solutions to complex problems, developing new concepts, methods, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience working as an Oracle Applications Consultant, System Analyst/Manager.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality, particularly in General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Project Billings module configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes.
  • Proficiency with SQL-based queries and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
  • Advanced functional understanding of Oracle modules and development framework for extensions in Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • English proficiency at an advanced level.
  • Experience in 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Project Billings.
  • Combination of strong business acumen/experience and deep IT knowledge.
  • Record of strategic project planning and client management.
  • Experience with a broad range of diverse customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, ADF framework, PL-SQL.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Techno functional consultant.
  • Oracle EBS Skill set with Finance module expertise in Accounts Payable, Purchase Order, Fixed Asset, General Ledger, and Procure 2 Pay.
  • Strong Oracle Technical workflow and Oracle ADF framework with XML/PDF report publisher experience is a must.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of technical architecture, interfaces, and API in EBS Finance GL, AP & FA, Tax, and XLA modules.
  • Very strong PLSQL knowledge, Oracle BI/XML reports, OAF, and Oracle workflow knowledge.
  • Experience with Oracle Application Express (Apex).
  • Understanding of Oracle database and SQL query tuning.
  • Java/J2EE knowledge is a plus.
  • Implementation experience for Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules GL, AP, FA.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
  • Expertise in Autosys jobs creation/scheduling, Shell scripts.
  • Expertise in building scripts to invoke Web services (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience in Technology company Cloud Financials (AP, Payments, Tax, FA).
  • Payment process expertise through Client and other Banks.
  • Experience with BIP, PL/SQL.

  • 10+ years of expertise in Technology company EBS Financials Techno Functional in Financial modules (Tax, AP, FA, and GL).
  • 2+ years of expertise in Technology company ERP Cloud Techno Functional in Financial modules Tax, AP, FA, and GL.
