Responsibility:
According to IT management requirements, be responsible for the maintenance and management of the basic resources of computers, software, networks, security, and information systems for whole company, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the information systems.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance of computer hardware and software, computer model selection, installation of operating systems, computer scrapping assessment and other work, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the company's operating systems, office software, professional software, printers, etc.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the network of company, be familiar with the configuration of access layer switches and network adjustments, and ensure the normal operation of the network below the third layer.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Active Directory (AD), adding computers to the domain, account opening, suspension, deletion, and organizational structure adjustment work, and be responsible for the maintenance of the Windows file server FTP and permission adjustment work.
- Be responsible for the daily management and maintenance work of the weak current security and understand the installation, maintenance and management work of weak current equipment such as surveillance and access control.
- Be responsible for formulating the rules, regulations, standards and specifications related to information security and operation and maintenance of company.
Requirements:
- A minimum educational attainment of college diploma or above is required, with a major in computer - related disciplines.
- More than two years of working experience in helpdesk desktop operation and maintenance.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in computer hardware, office software applications, the environment of Windows operating systems, and relevant applications.
- Exhibit expertise in the daily operation and maintenance tasks of printers, email clients, etc.
- Have a firm grasp of the daily maintenance of basic networks and be capable of swiftly troubleshooting simple network issues.
- Possess an understanding of the fundamental knowledge of domain control and be able to perform daily management and maintenance on domain - joined computers.
- Have knowledge of the basic principles of security and weak - current systems and be able to conduct daily management and maintenance of surveillance, access - control, and other such devices.
- Bilingual (English and Chinese) candidates are given preference. Strong communication skills, stress - tolerance, and teamwork abilities are required.
