Role Description

This is an initial six month contract role as a Field Operation Specialist (FOPS) in Santa Barbara, CA to work exclusively with one of our primary clients. The Field Operation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing in-person field operations through out multiple job sites in the Goleta, Santa Barbara, Upper Ventura, and Santa Ynez Valley areas. FOPS will lead a bottom-up approach to gather insights on the progress of various projects by engaging directly with the primary clients’ workers. During the set contract time the FOPS will be managing logistical tasks to ensuring smooth execution of the various project with our client. As an entry position the team member will be mentored and guided to assure the best results for the remainder of the contract.


Qualifications/Strong Considerations

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Candidates must hold a valid CA Driver License.
  • Proficiency in understanding & speaking Latin-American Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and organizational software.

  • Experience with driving and managing EVs.
  • Experience in Project Management and Field Operations.
  • Experience writing in Latin-American Spanish .
  • Experience or Knowledge of Residential and Commercial Cleaning industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with and understanding Ai models (Chat GPT)
  • Experience with the following software: MacOS, iOS17, Google Workplace Suite, Quickbooks, & Wrike.
  • Breakdown: 20% Driving & Operations Oversight, 70% Project Management, 10% Other.
