JOB DESCRIPTION

An employer is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the transition from Xerox to Ricoh printers across the organization. This critical role involves coordinating with both vendors, managing financial aspects, and ensuring a seamless migration process. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Lab, and Technical Engineers. Key Responsibilities include:

- Vendor Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between Xerox and Ricoh during the printer transition.

- Printer Migration: Oversee the replacement of 7,500 printers from Xerox to Ricoh across our nationwide offices.

- Space Optimization: Address the challenge of accommodating 168 printers in the corporate office.

- Financial Management: Track costs, analyze financial impact, and manage budgets related to the project.

- Global Project Management: Coordinate the transition on a global scale, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

- Technical Bridge: Serve as a bridge between technical engineers and vendors during the migration.

- Badge-Based Printing: Implement a system allowing employees to swipe their badges at any printer location.

- Follow-You Print: Optimize office printing processes for convenience and efficiency.

- Reporting: Generate reports on printer usage and optimization.
