Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in designing and implementing robust technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Job description for Cutoff Project Manager
- Strong knowledge in Warehouse management system processes and industry best practices.
- Must have 5 to 8 years’ experience in Cutover activities for BY WMS implementation version 9.1 and above for at least 1 or 2 global implementations.
- Must have led cutover activities for Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live.
- Must have experience in developing detailed cutover checklist and project plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks and ensuring successful planning and execution of cutover activities and associated system outages.
- Must have experience in generating Cutover status report for project leadership and key stakeholders.
- Must have developed back out / Contingency plans for Cutover.
- Must have experience in coordinating requirements for Go Live including staffing and overall logistics.
- Acts as the final point of escalation for all Cut-over issues.
- Familiar in cloud infrastructure and SaaS framework
- Good to have experience in cutover activities for S/4 HANA implementation.
- Good in verbal communication and client facing skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
